Sportmods to run with the Sportsman Class in 2016

Attention all Sportmod drivers. Willamette Speedway is now offering you the opportunity to race at the famed 1/3 mile. Starting in 2016 we will allow Sportmods to run with our sportsman division. We encourage the drivers interested in Sportmods to come support this class and help it grow.

At this time Sportmods will NOT be sanctioned with IMCA, our goal is to have a fully sanctioned Sportmod class in 2017.

Rules
All Sportmods will be required to follow IMCA Sportmod rules, with the exception of the tire, we will allow Sportmods to use either a g-60 or 11’’ asphalt slicks.
Sportsman rules will stay the same with the exception of tires, sportsman will also be allowed either a g-60 or 11’’ asphalt slicks
Sportsman will also be allowed the 5’’ spoiler that Sportmods are allowed.
